Mahdi brings a strong academic background: As a doctoral candidate at ETH Zurich, he conducts research in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology at the Automatic Control Laboratory. His work focuses on control engineering, AI-driven and data-driven methods, and intelligent systems — expertise that will support the development of next-generation robotic solutions at fluidbot.
In his role at fluidbot, Mahdi will contribute to the development, integration, and optimization of our robot control systems and help evolve our software architecture for autonomous robotic operation. His responsibilities include robot control programming, the integration of sensors, actuators, and navigation systems, as well as developing and testing AI-enabled autonomous functionalities.
He will also contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring advanced control strategies and intelligent algorithms to improve the autonomy, reliability, and performance of our robotic systems.
Alongside his skills in C++ and Python, we particularly value Mahdi’s structured and analytical mindset and his ability to think across disciplines when tackling complex robotic systems.
